Teriyaki chicken w/yellow peppers (or tofu/tempeh for vegan)
Bean threads (boiled)
Cucumbers, carrots, bean sprouts, basil and apple on the plate
Peanut sauce (gluten free), sweet&sour sauce, fresh grated ginger and blended honey roasted peanuts (for some crunch)
