This is the way my husband and I typically eat. I first started because of health problems related to food intolerances. However, we also eat less meat and packaged food due to environmental concerns and a desire to control what we place in our bodies. We do eat fish that is wild and non-endangered as well as some animal products from organic family farms, which we support for the way in which they treat the animals and for the natural method of food production.
